Hot Lunch for Students and Families

JD Foundation provided a hot lunch of rice, mongo (a warm, hearty Filipino mung bean stew) and fried chicken to students and families at Naborot Elementary School. Following the enthusiasm from our first supply distribution, this meal was another way to show up for the community — with more to come.

August 11–12, 2026

First Supplies Reach Naborot Elementary School

JD Foundation's first distribution reached students and families at Naborot Elementary School in Iloilo, Philippines. Funds raised by friends and family provided school supplies (crayons, pencils, ballpens, paper) and snacks and drinks for students during a two-day soft launch introducing JD Foundation's mission to the school community.

Teachers and staff organized the distribution, and the turnout and enthusiasm from the community made it clear this is just the beginning.
